CPU seated and secured, thermal compound applied with precision, cooler locked down. You'll watch the exact moment your processor goes in for the first time.
Stage 4 — RAM & Storage
Memory and speed installed
RAM sticks seated in the correct slots for dual-channel, NVMe drive mounted. Every component your configuration specifies, in the right place, first time.

At each of six build stages, you'll receive an email from Jack with a short timelapse video — typically 40–65 seconds — showing that stage of your build being completed. You'll see exactly what was done, in what order, and why it matters for your specific build. It's not a generic factory video — it's your machine, your components, filmed specifically for you.
Not a thing. You answer six plain questions — budget, use case, resolution, platform preference, component choices (guided), and aesthetic — and the system handles every technical decision. The compatibility engine ensures every part works together. Jack handles the build. You just make choices and watch it happen.
Typically 7–14 days from the moment your configuration is confirmed and components are sourced. Each stage is completed carefully — this isn't a production line. You'll receive a timelapse at every stage so you're never left wondering what's happening.
12 rules run on every component selection — socket matching, RAM type (DDR4 vs DDR5), GPU physical length against case clearance, PSU wattage, chipset overclocking support, and more. If a component fails any check, it simply doesn't appear as an option. You cannot accidentally configure something that won't work together.
A pre-built PC is assembled anonymously in a warehouse from fixed configurations you had no part in choosing. With J Konfigure, every component is selected by you (with guidance), built by a named person who documents the process, and explained to you at every stage. By the time it arrives, you'll understand what you have, why it was chosen, and how to upgrade it when the time comes. That knowledge is part of what you're buying.
If a component rises significantly before your order is confirmed, you'll be notified and shown compatible alternatives ranked by value — same platform, same RAM type, no compatibility rework needed. Prices are pulled from five major UK retailers every four hours, with a 30-day price history so you can see whether it's worth waiting.
J Konfigure is launching in the UK in 2025. Waitlist members will be contacted personally by Jack when a build slot opens. This isn't a mass launch — early builds will be taken on deliberately, one at a time, to make sure the experience is right before scaling.
